New York, NY (November 2, 2020) – NAM  (National Arbitration and Mediation), one of the nation's leading providers of Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) services, is pleased to announce that Hon. Jeffrey D. Lebowitz (Ret.) has been invited by the Queens County Bar Association (QCBA) to present a live CLE webinar, ADR In Divorce: Fast Tracking Resolutions. This complimentary presentation is open to the public and will be held on Wednesday, December 2nd, 5:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m.

Join Judge Lebowitz in a panel discussion on the use of Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) in matrimonial matters and family law disputes. Attorneys and litigants must come to understand that courthouse life in the post-pandemic world will only serve to exacerbate the problems of our historically overburdened matrimonial parts. The distinguished QCBA panel will encourage matrimonial practitioners to refocus the direction of matrimonial litigation by fast-tracking their case through ADR.

Judge Lebowitz will be joined by Samuel J. Ferrara, Esq. of Fensteman, Eisman, Formato, Ferrara, Wolf & Carone LLP, David Gross, Esq. of Gemelli Gross Shapiro & Marino, Joshua R. Katz, Esq. and Morghan Richardson, Esq., of Davidoff Hutcher & Citron LLP.
