On Saturday, March 13, 2010, NAM will be sponsoring the Fourth Annual Alley Oop for Autism 3 on 3 basketball tournament at Jericho High School in Long Island. All proceeds from the event will be donated to The Ascent School for Individuals with Autism, located in Deer Park, New York.

NAM Hearing Officer, Hon. George D. Salerno recently presented a CLE Seminar to the Bronx Country Bar Association on January 20, 2010. Judge Salerno along with other faculty members spoke on Litigating Minor Impact and Soft Tissue Cases, and the use of Biomechanical Experts.

On December 31, 2009 Justice George Salerno retired as Justice of the New York Supreme Court, Bronx County where he has sat for more than seven years. With the intent to work as a mediator and arbitrator upon his retirement, Judge Salerno announced today that he has joined National Arbitration and Mediation, Inc. (NAM) exclusively as a full-time Hearing Officer.

NEW YORK SUPREME COURT JUSTICE HAROLD B. BEELER JOINS NAM
