New York, NY (June 2, 2017) – NAM is pleased to announce the addition of Jeffrey A. Schwab, Esq. to its New York metro panel of arbitrators and mediators.

Mr. Schwab is one of the nation's leading registered patent attorneys specializing in all aspects of intellectual property, licensing and advertising law. He has dedicated his practice to protecting clients' interests worldwide in obtaining, defending and enforcing intellectual property rights both in the courts and by effectively negotiating the settlements of such disputes. Throughout his career, his practice has focused on the resolution of patent cases, complex licensing issues, trademark rights disputes, including controversies arising out of co-existence agreements; alleged trade secret violations; copyright disputes, including issues relating to the appropriate compensation for usage, unfair practices, International Trade Commission proceedings and patent post-grant proceedings.
