National Arbitration and Mediation, Inc. (NAM) announced today that the New Year will mark the grand opening of its new, state-of-the-art hub facility in Midtown Manhattan. The widely anticipated space is located at 122 East 42nd Street (between Lexington and Park Avenues) on the 8th Floor. Clients will find that it is just steps away from Grand Central Station, in the landmark Chanin Building and can be accessed by commuters who can enter the building directly from the subway below.

Roy Israel, President & CEO of NAM stated that “the opening of this office has been long awaited by both our clients and our staff. In order to meet the increasing demand in the Manhattan ADR market, we were compelled to open a temporary office space in Midtown earlier this year. The success that we have had at 275 Madison has been overwhelming and client feedback has been uniformly positive. On a year to year basis, cases administrated by NAM for Manhattan based clients has consistently shown 35-40% increases over our 2008 caseload. This new and permanent facility will give us the added capacity we need.”

The commanding space will offer five large conference rooms and two video-conferencing facilities. The space is scheduled to be available late January 2010.

NAM, a national company, is continuing to expand its presence in the New York Metropolitan area and throughout the country. NAM now offers four major conference facilities within the metro region with offices located at:
