NEW YORK LAW JOURNAL SURVEY RANKS NAM #1 IN THE “BEST ADR PROVIDER” CATEGORY

New York (September 16, 2013) – The results of the 2013 New York Law Journal Reader Rankings Survey were released today and, for the third year in a row, NAM (National Arbitration and Mediation) was chosen as the #1 ADR Provider in New York State. In addition, 7 out of the top 10 slots in the “Best Individual Mediator” category went to NAM Mediators, and 8 out of the top 10 slots went to NAM Arbitrators in the newest category, “Best Individual Arbitrator”.

The NAM Mediators and Arbitrators selected represent the very best practicing ADR specialists in New York State. They are:

Mediators: Kenneth Grundstein, Esq. (fourth year in a row), Hon. John DiBlasi (fourth year in a row), Joseph Ehrlich, Esq. (third year in a row), Hon. Elizabeth Bonina (fourth year in a row), Robert Adams, Esq. (third year in a row), Lawrence Farbman, Esq. (second year in a row), and Hon. Robert W. Doyle.

Arbitrators: Hon. Elizabeth Bonina took the #1 spot, joined by Joseph Ehrlich, Esq., Hon. Howard Miller, Kenneth Grundstein, Esq., Hon. John DiBlasi, Hon. Ira Warshawsky, Hon. E. Michael Kavanagh and Peter Merani, Esq.
