HON. JOHN P. DIBLASI TO PRESENT CLE SEMINAR ON BEST PRACTICES IN MEDIATION AND ARBITRATION FROM A NEUTRAL

NAM is pleased to announce that Hon. John P. DiBlasi has been invited by the Westchester County Bar Association to present a CLE seminar entitled Best Practices in Mediation and Arbitration From a Neutral. The seminar will take place on Tuesday, June 23, 2015 at Pace University School of Law in White Plains, New York.

In this Best Practices program, Judge DiBlasi will discuss the benefits of the ADR process, the successful representation of the client during the mediation session, preparation of a case for mediation and arbitration, common mistakes made by a counselor handling a mediation, dealing with an impasse in the negotiating process, crafting the post-mediation agreement, the submission of pre-hearing arbitration briefs and the presentation of evidence in an arbitration.

Judge DiBlasi was ranked the #1 mediator in the United States in the Best of the National Law Journal's Annual Reader Rankings Survey in 2014 and 2015. He has been designated as a Super Lawyer for three consecutive years (2015, 2014 & 2013), and voted one of the Top 5 in the Best Individual Mediator category for the last four years by the New York Law Journal Reader Rankings survey.
