Hon. Elizabeth Bonina was rated as one of the top ten mediators in New York State by the New York Law Journal, and is Co-chair of the Brooklyn Bar Association's Alternative Dispute Resolution Committee.
Attorneys attending the CLE program will be provided with an introduction to using Alternative Dispute Resolution (“ADR”) in personal injury cases, as ADR is a way to quickly and efficiently resolve cases while saving the time, cost and uncertainty of litigation. Judges Bonina and Harkavy will be providing their perspective on when to use ADR; preparing for mediation or arbitration; and strategies for resolving a personal injury case utilizing ADR. This is an excellent opportunity to meet two of NAM's panel members in the NY, Metropolitan Region.
