The topic for discussion that evening will be “Resolving Claims Through Mediation & Arbitration”.
This is an excellent opportunity to meet one of NAM's key panel members in Western, New York. Claims personnel can learn firsthand about the benefits of arbitration and mediation as a way to resolve claims and close cases, as well as the benefits in selecting NAM as the administrator of arbitration/mediation programs.
