SIGNATURE CLE: INSIDE THE MIND OF A MEDIATOR: AVOIDING IMPASSE AND MAXIMIZING OUTCOMES IN MEDIATION

Richard P. Byrne, Esq. and Hon. John P. DiBlasi to present seminar on the latest tips, techniques and ethical guidelines for inside counsel to consider during the mediation process

As part of its annual partnership with the Association of Corporate Counsel – New York City Chapter (ACC-NYC), NAM (National Arbitration and Mediation) is pleased to present a signature continuing legal education (CLE) program, Destination CLE: Inside the Mind of a Mediator – Avoiding Impasse and Maximizing Outcomes in Mediation, to chapter members on Tuesday, September 17th from 6:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m. ET.  This one-of-a-kind CLE experience will be held at Apella, one of New York City's premier waterfront venues.

Presented by award-winning and highly regarded NAM mediators, Richard P. Byrne, Esq. and Hon. John P. DiBlasi, J.S.C (Ret.), the program will cover key issues in dispute resolution, with a focus on how to maximize outcomes, as well as avoid impasse in mediation. Further, the presentation will feature an intimate and collaborative discussion on the latest tips, techniques and ethical guidelines counsel should consider throughout the mediation process.
