NAM CHOSEN AS THE #1 ADR PROVIDER IN NEW YORK STATE FOR THE FOURTH YEAR IN A ROW

New York (March 31, 2014) – For the fourth year in a row, NAM has been chosen as the #1 ADR Provider in New York State by the New York Law Journal Reader Rankings Survey. In addition to ranking #1 in the State, 7 of the top 10 Mediators and 6 of the top 10 Arbitrators are NAM neutrals.

In the “Best Individual Mediator” category, which has been a part of the survey for 5 years, the following NAM mediators were selected this year: Robert Adams, Esq. (fourth year in a row), Hon. Elizabeth Bonina (all years), Richard Byrne, Esq., Hon. John DiBlasi (all years), Joseph Ehrlich, Esq. (fourth year in a row), Ken Grundstein, Esq. (all years) and Peter Merani, Esq. (four years).

In the “Best Individual Arbitrator” category, which has been a part of the survey for 2 years, the following NAM arbitrators were selected this year: Hon. Elizabeth Bonina (#1 Arbitrator in the State all years), Hon. Robert Doyle, Joseph Ehrlich, Esq. (all years), Lawrence Farbman, Esq., Hon. Jerome Gorski and Hon. E. Michael Kavanagh (all years).

Earlier this year, NAM was also voted the #1 ADR Provider in the United States by the National Law Journal Rankings Survey.
