As part of our portfolio of ADR services, NAM (National Arbitration and Mediation) offers an optional appeals process to further enable parties to seek a more comprehensive appeal of an arbitration award. During this process, parties can agree to provide for an appeal to a panel of NAM arbitrators and permit an expanded review by that panel within an expedited time frame. Though not suitable for all arbitrations, an appellate process can often alleviate concerns and bring finality to a dispute.
