This year, rankings were based on a survey of in-house corporate legal and compliance professionals from more than 500 companies. Corporate Counsel is the nation's leading integrated media source for the global in-house legal community covering legal affairs, business issues and government mandates affecting corporate America.

The survey was conducted online and targeted voters from the Midwest legal community which included the states of Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska, North Dakota, Ohio, South Dakota and Wisconsin. With this designation,

NAM is proud to announce that it has been voted a top alternative dispute resolution provider in the United States by the 2021 National Law Journal Best Of Survey for the eighth straight year. High honors went to Richard P. Byrne, Esq. who earned the distinction of being a Top 3 Mediator in the country for the seventh year in a row, and Hon. John P. DiBlasi (Ret.) recognized as a Top 3 Mediator in the nation for the eighth straight year.

The SuperLawyers recognition acknowledges the dedication, skill and excellence of those individuals who have consistently had a positive influence throughout the New York legal community and who possess the highest ethical standards and professional ability.

The LIBN Leadership in Law Award recognizes experience, dedication, hard work, skill and excellence and is dedicated to those individuals whose leadership, both in the legal profession and in the community, has had a positive impact on Long Island.

The New Jersey Law Journal survey also ranked the top mediators and arbitrators in the state, with Susan Hernandez, Esq. placing first in the Individual Mediator/Arbitrator category.

The annual survey was conducted to subscribers via email, digital advertising and social media posts and measures loyalty, satisfaction and support for companies and firms that have faithfully served the Austin, Texas legal community, one of the state's most dynamic legal markets.

The survey measures loyalty, satisfaction and support for companies and firms that have faithfully served the New England region with high-caliber legal services and expertise and showcases those businesses that stand out among their competitors in providing essentials that are required to compete in today’s legal market.

High honors also went to two of NAM’s well-regarded neutrals: Richard P. Byrne, Esq. earned the distinction of being a Top 3 Mediator in the country for the sixth year in a row, and Hon. John P. DiBlasi was also recognized as a Top 3 Mediator in the nation for the seventh straight year (ranked #1, 4 years in a row).
