HONORABLE JOHN DIBLASI TO PRESENT ALTERNATIVE DISPUTE CLE PROGRAM

NAM panel member, Honorable John DiBlasi, former Justice of the Supreme Court of the State of New York, Westchester County, has been invited to present at a CLE program offered by the Alternative Dispute Resolution Committee of the Westchester County Bar Association. Judge DiBlasi will be the main presenter for the program ?Making the Most of Mediation Panel Perspectives from Mediator, Judge and Advocate,? on March 24, 2013, at the Crowne Plaza in White Plains, New York.
Judge DiBlasi has been named by the New York Law Journal Reader Rankings as one of the top two mediators in New York State in 2010, 2011 and 2012. The 2012 New York Law Journal Reader Rankings Survey voted Judge DiBlasi into the #1 spot in the “Best International Mediator” category, and into the top 5 “Best Financial Markets Mediator” category. Judge DiBlasi has mediated over 2,000 cases and facilitated the settlement of complex commercial matters involving contracts, employment, entertainment law, real property/land use matters, in addition to complex personal injury and labor law matters. He is the former presiding Justice of the Commercial Division of the Supreme Court of the State of New York and creator of the Alternative Dispute Resolution Program used successfully by the Supreme Court, Westchester County.
