HONORABLE JOHN P. DIBLASI INVITED TO SPEAK AT THE 2017 ASSOCIATION OF CORPORATE COUNSEL (ACC) ANNUAL MEETING

DiBlasi has been invited to speak at the 2017 Association of Corporate Counsel (ACC) Annual Meeting in Washington DC. This 4-day global event is the world's single largest educational meeting for in-house counsel, offering networking opportunities and advance educational seminars that focus on leading topics of interest to the in-house legal professional. Washington Convention Center from Sunday, October 15, 2017 through Wednesday, October 18, 2017.

Judge DiBlasi will participate in a 90-minute panel discussion program entitled, Defending the Front Line: Your Role in Domestic and International Arbitrations. The program will discuss the responsibilities of in-house counsel and the decisions that need to be made before and during each stage of an arbitration. Topics to be addressed will be risk analysis and selection of arbitration as a dispute resolution mechanism, internal organization and preparation, outside counsel and arbitrator selection and arbitration strategy and process.
