***RE-SCHEDULED*** HONORABLE ELIZABETH BONINA TO PRESENT AT CLE PROGRAM HOSTED BY THE BROOKLYN BAR ASSOCIATION JANUARY 28, 2013

Due to Hurricane Sandy, the CLE presentation by Judge Bonina entitled “Negotiating Tips and Techniques” at the Brooklyn Bar Association has been re-scheduled.

The new date for the CLE program is January 28, 2013, 6:00-8:00 pm, at the Brooklyn Bar Association located at 123 Remsen Street, Brooklyn, NY. Attorneys attending the CLE program will be provided tips and techniques from the panel to help achieve the best settlement result for clients when mediating a case or conferencing it in court. This is an excellent opportunity to meet one of NAM”s panel members in the NY Metro Region. Hon. Elizabeth Bonina was rated as one of the top ten mediators in New York State by the New York Law Journal Reader Rankings Survey in 2010, 2011 and 2012, and is the Chair of the Brooklyn Bar Association's Alternative Dispute Resolution Committee. This is the second time that Judge Bonina has been asked to speak at the Brooklyn Bar Association on mediation and settlement strategies.
