“For the past decade, the New York legal community has spoken and named NAM the #1 ADR provider in the state. I am incredibly humbled by this honor and couldn't be more proud,” Roy Israel, President and CEO of NAM stated.
“2020 has been a challenging year. NAM has risen to the occasion by successfully and seamlessly pivoting from in-person hearings to virtual conferencing, confirming our place as a leader in alternative dispute resolution. We are committed to providing our clients with the finest and most distinguished panel of arbitrators and mediators, as well as exceptional case administration. With the courts effectively closed due to the pandemic, NAM, more than ever, provides a cost effective, time-efficient alternative to litigation.”
“I would also like to acknowledge Judge Bonina for receiving top honors as the Best Individual Mediator and Arbitrator in the state. Her outstanding reputation is second to none and she deserves this recognition for her exceptional contribution to the field of ADR. I am also very proud of all the neutrals who made this year's list! Thanks to the New York Law Journal and to all who voted and made this recognition possible.”
In addition to being chosen the #1 ADR provider in the state for the past ten years, NAM was also voted the #1 Online ADR Resource by this year's survey respondents. Earlier this year, NAM was also named a top ADR Firm in the United States by the National Law Journal Best of Survey for the seventh year in a row. That recognition, in addition to other recent awards and accolades, confirms NAM's status as a leader in the ADR community.
Through a combination of award-winning mediators and arbitrators, exceptional case management and industry leadership, NAM has proudly served as the ADR administrator of choice for the legal community for almost 30 years.
