NAM (National Arbitration and Mediation) is proud to announce that NAM neutral, Bob Worden, Esq., has been invited to present a 90-minute CLE seminar entitled, The Ethics and Art of Settlement. Mr.Worden's presentation is part of a Bridge-to-Gap CLE Compliance LIVE Webconference presented by Marino Legal Academy on Sunday, April 19th.
Mr. Worden will focus on the best way, for attorneys to benefit from mediation with an emphasis on tort cases, including presentation, psychology, strategy and the levers that help to get the best results. He has represented both plaintiffs and defendants for many years at mediation and looks forward to sharing his experiences and the lessons learned.
