Byrne, Esq. has been invited by Chubb Insurance to present a live streaming CLE webinar, The Do's and Don'ts of Virtual ADR.  The program will be presented to the attorneys of Chubb on Thursday, April 1st at 4:00 p.m. ET.

Where virtual ADR was once a novel concept, it has now become almost commonplace.  

Legal professionals are finding that the use of this medium for arbitrations  and mediations is a convenient, cost-efficient and effective manner in which to conduct ADR.

Mr. Byrne will discuss the basics  and benefits of virtual ADR and contrast the in-person versus virtual process.  He will also provide tips on what to do and, more importantly, what not to do, while sharing some of his anecdotal experiences in the world of virtual ADR!

Richard P.
