The Water Street Club is dedicated to increasing diversity in the insurance industry and focuses on: (1) collaborating with existing diversity & inclusion initiatives within the insurance carriers, insurance brokerages companies and insurance agencies, (2) collaborating with existing other organizations in creating programming and events that further its mission, (3) providing employees of insurance carriers, insurance brokerages companies and insurance agencies with relationship building opportunities, mentorship by insurance executives, client development opportunities and professional network within the industry and (4) developing a platform that will continue to be a resource for those that follow.
