Prior to that, Ms. Spina spent over 10 years as a litigator, handling personal injury and general liability defense from inception through trial. Her expertise includes auto accidents, premises liability, municipal liability, school district liability, products liability, ERISA and life insurance disputes and construction accidents.
Ms. Spina also has considerable experience in negotiating and interpreting contracts in a variety of business settings. In addition, her skills at mediating settlements is reflected in the over 35,000 cases she was able to resolve in bulk settlements, without the aid of the courts. Ms. Spina has also drafted proposed legislation and stands committed to no-fault reform for both providers and insurers.
