7 OF NAM's ARBITRATORS VOTED IN THE TOP TEN “BEST INDIVIDUAL ARBITRATOR” CATEGORY
New York (September 25, 2017) – For the seventh consecutive year, NAM (National Arbitration and Mediation) has been ranked the #1 ADR provider in New York State by the New York Law Journal Reader Rankings Survey.
The survey also ranked the top mediators and arbitrators. NAM neutrals comprised 7 of the Top 10 mediator spots and 7 of the Top 10 arbitrator spots. The NAM mediators and arbitrators selected represent the very best practicing ADR specialists in the state.
In the “Best Individual Mediator” category, Susan Hernandez, Esq. was voted the #1 Mediator in New York State. Other NAM mediators who ranked in the Top 10 were: Hon. Elizabeth Bonina, Richard P. The 2017 New York Law Journal Reader Rankings is not a scientific study or an editorial analysis but rather it is a democratic process. The program is run by the New York Law Journal sales and marketing teams at ALM. The voting was conducted via online ballot. Readers were notified of the ballot through direct emails, social media and online advertisements linking to the ballot across ALM's network of websites. The ballot consisted of 90+ categories encompassing the areas of Technology, Research, Accounting, Insurance, Financial Services, Litigation Support, Real Estate, Education, Recruiting & Staffing as well as Lifestyle and Client Entertainment. It included over 500 companies and allowed for a write-in option.
