BOB WORDEN, ESQ. JOINS NAM'S NEW YORK METRO ROSTER

NAM is pleased to announce the addition of Bob Worden, Esq. to its New York Metro panel of arbitrators and mediators.

Mr. Worden is a highly regarded litigator who is well known throughout the legal community for handling high-exposure, catastrophic personal injury and property damage claims. He is also well-respected throughout the United States for his experience handling matters involving Medicare Lien issues and is regularly asked to consult with major insurance carriers regarding Medicare, Medicaid and other lien compliance matters.

Mr. Worden has been practicing law for over 35 years and is a long-time advocate of ADR. As a seasoned attorney, he has extensive experience representing both plaintiffs and defendants, and thus, fully understands the concerns and motivations from all sides. He has the keen ability to efficiently assess complex information in order to achieve the best strategy to move cases toward settlement and to the satisfaction of all concerned.
