RICHARD P. BYRNE, ESQ. INVITED TO SPEAK AT A CPCU SOCIETY'S ANNUAL SEMINAR IN ATLANTA

NAM (National Arbitration and Mediation) is pleased to announce that Richard P. Byrne, Esq. has been invited to speak at the annual CPCU Society (Chartered Property Casualty Underwriters) Atlanta I-Day 2017 conference entitled “The Perfect Storm” for the second year in a row. The conference will be held on Friday, August 18, 2017 at the Ritz-Carlton in Buckhead, Atlanta, GA.

Mr. Byrne will address the issues of “Construction Defect Claims: A Mediator's Perspective.” Topics will include the right time-frame for mediation, participants, the value of pre-mediation submissions, the mediation hearing and opening statements, negotiating strategies and the role of the client(s) in the mediation.

Mr. Byrne was also voted one of the Top 10 Mediators by the 2016 New York Law Journal Annual Survey for the third straight year. He has mediated matters involving a wide range of legal topics including insurance coverage, construction and commercial disputes, employment, property damage, risk transfer disputes and disability claims.
