Mr. Kelly is well known throughout the corporate finance communities and brings more than 35 years of experience in investment banking and negotiating public and private transactions, documents and business disputes. As Vice Chairman of the investment banking firm, Scura Partners Securities LLC, his extensive knowledge and deep understanding of capital markets and corporate finance enables him to create strategic solutions for businesses and families throughout the United States. Prior to joining Scura Partners, Mr. Kelly spent eight years as Managing Director and Co-Head of Mergers and Acquisitions at Prudential Securities where he successfully negotiated complex business transactions and agreements for the firm.
Mr. Kelly's leadership roles and board member experience affords him a unique perspective and understanding of the nuances and complexities of the corporate business world when assisting parties to resolve complex commercial disputes. He serves on the Board of Directors of numerous publicly traded companies. At Weight Watchers International Inc., he serves as Chairman of the Audit Committee and at MSC Industrial Direct Company, Inc. he is the Chairman of the Compensation Committee and a member of its Audit Committee. He previously served as President of Denbrook Capital Corporation, a merchant banking firm, and was Managing Director of Mergers and Acquisitions for Merrill Lynch.
As a longtime advocate of Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR), Mr. Kelly can draw upon his wealth of experience in negotiating complex business transactions and agreements when mediating and arbitrating in the private ADR forum, make him well-suited for his role as a neutral with NAM.

Mr. Kelly received his Master s of Business Administration from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and his Bachelor's degree from Amherst College.
