On July 22, 2014, Hon. John DiBlasi conducted a live webcast CLE for Lawline entitled Maximizing Your Potential for Success at Mediation. The CLE program addressed topics such as preparing for mediation, understanding how to make the best of the joint mediation, communicating and preparing a settlement agreement and continuing negotiations post-mediation. The CLE presentation received a 5-star rating and 100% recommendation from viewers.
