DiBlasi has been invited to speak at the 2017 Association of Corporate Counsel (ACC) Annual Meeting in Washington DC. Over 3,500 legal professionals including in-house counsel, law firms and legal service providers, Legal industry and thought leaders from Fortune 500 companies from around the world are expected to attend. This 4-day global event is the world's single largest educational meeting for in-house counsel, offering networking opportunities and advance educational seminars that focus on leading topics of interest to the in-house legal professional. Washington Convention Center from Sunday, October 15, 2017 through Wednesday, October 18, 2017.
Judge DiBlasi will participate in a 90-minute panel discussion program entitled, Defending the Front Line: Your Role in Domestic and International Arbitrations. The program will discuss the responsibilities of in-house counsel and the decisions that need to be made before and during each stage of an arbitration. Topics to be addressed will be risk analysis and selection of arbitration as a dispute resolution mechanism, internal organization and preparation, outside counsel and arbitrator selection and arbitration strategy and process.

Honorable DiBlasi is the former presiding Justice of the Commercial Division of the Supreme Court of the State of New York, Westchester County. For the fourth consecutive year, he was voted the #1 mediator in the United States in the 2017 National Law Journal Annual Reader Rankings Survey and for the second year in a row, he was named a National Law Journal 2017 Alternative Dispute Resolution Champion, as part of a select group of only 37 nationwide. He was also voted one of the Top 10 mediators in the 2017 New York Law Journal Annual Reader Rankings Survey for the eighth straight year.
