HONORABLE JOHN P. DIBLASI SELECTED A 2017 SUPER LAWYER FOR THE FIFTH YEAR IN A ROW

DiBlasi has been selected a 2017 New York Metro Super Lawyer by the prestigious publication Super Lawyers Magazine, which recognizes outstanding lawyers in the New York Metro region who exhibit excellence in their practice. Only 5% of attorneys in the New York Metro area receive this distinction. This is the fifth year in a row that Judge DiBlasi has been the recipient of this honor.

Hon. DiBlasi is the former presiding Justice of the Commercial Division of the Supreme Court of the State of New York, Westchester County.  He has mediated over 3,000 cases and his ADR practice centers on resolving Commercial, International, Finance, Employment, Entertainment, Land Use, and Professional Malpractice matters. As a mediator, he has developed a reputation for settling the most complex of matters. As a commercial arbitrator, he has the skills to digest and analyze expert testimony, complex contracts and documents, and to render prompt and well-reasoned decisions.

Judge DiBlasi's other accomplishments include being voted the #1 mediator in the United States in the 2017 National Law Journal Annual Reader Rankings Survey for the fourth year in a row.  He was also named a National Law Journal 2017 Alternative Dispute Resolution Champion, as part of a select group of only 37 nationwide for the second straight year.  For the eighth year in a row, Hon. DiBlasi was voted one of the Top 10 mediators in the 2017 New York Law Journal Annual Reader Rankings Survey.   He holds an AV Preeminent peer rating from Martindale-Hubbell in both Alternative Dispute Resolution and Litigation – a distinction given only to those who possess the highest ethical standards and professional ability.
