Additionally he sits on the Boards of Directors of numerous insurance companies in the United States, European Union and Bermuda.

Throughout his career, Jim has represented purchasers, sellers, landlords/tenants and lending institutions in transactions involving commercial and residential including cooperative and condominium. He has also handled zoning and land and-use matters and has served for several years on the zoning committee of his local community board.
