With more than 30 years of civil litigation experience, Mr. Fodera has successfully handled hundreds of complex high exposure cases from inception through verdict or settlement relating to negligence, personal injury, premises liability, labor law, auto and product liability.   Throughout his distinguished career, he has regularly appeared before the Supreme Courts of New York, Kings and Richmond counties as well as the Civil Court of Kings County.  Further, he has successfully represented clients in the Jury Coordinator Part in Brooklyn Supreme Court where he participated in thousands of pre-trial settlement conferences involving automobile cases and premises and labor law disputes
