We hope you are doing well during these past few months.
Just a reminder that this Friday, July 3rd, will be the last day to vote for NAM and its neutrals in the 2020 New York Law Journal Annual Best Of survey. NAM has been named the #1 ADR Provider in New York for the last 9 years, and we are extremely grateful for all your support. If you haven't done so already, we would sincerely appreciate it if you could place a vote for NAM in the below listed categories, as well as vote for a NAM Mediator and Arbitrator.
The survey is open to all non-attorney and attorney respondents, so please feel free to forward this message to a colleague. You do not have to complete the entire survey and voting should take only a couple of minutes to complete.

The voting period for this year's survey begins on Monday, June 1st and concludes on Friday, July 3rd (per The New York Law Journal, all votes are confidential).

Step 2 Click “Next” until you reach the ADR section (beginning with question 56) and complete the following survey questions:
Question 56. Best Individual Mediator: Select your top NAM Mediator from the list.
Question 57. Best Individual Arbitrator: Select your top NAM Arbitrator from the list.
Question 58. Best Overall ADR Provider: Select NAM (National Arbitration and Mediation).
Question 59. Best Online ADR Resource: Select NAM (National Arbitration and Mediation).
Question 60. Best CLE Provider: Select NAM (National Arbitration and Mediation).

Step 3 Click “Next” until you reach the end of the survey and then click “Done”. That's it!
Meet Last Year's Winners
In 2019, NAM was ranked the #1 Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) Provider in New York State by the NYLJ Annual Best of Survey for the ninth consecutive year.
The NYLJ survey also ranked the top mediators and arbitrators in the state, with NAM neutral, Joseph L. Ehrlich, Esq., placing first in both the Individual Mediator and Individual Arbitrator categories. Seven of the Top 10 mediator spots and six of the Top 10 arbitrator spots were awarded to NAM neutrals, some of the most talented and respected practicing ADR professionals in the state.
