HONORABLE JOHN DIBLASI TO BE A PRESENTER AT CLE CLASS HOSTED BY THE WESTCHESTER BAR ASSOCIATION ON MARCH 24, 2011

NAM panel member, Honorable John DiBlasi, a Retired Justice of the New York State Supreme Court and rated in the New York Law Journal as the Top Mediator in New York State, will be on the panel at a CLE class hosted by the Westchester Bar Association. The program is entitled Making The Most Of Mediation: Panel Perspectives From Mediator, Judge, And Advocate and will be presented on March 24, 2011 from 5:30pm to 8pm at Crowne Plaza Hotel, 66 Hale Ave. in White Plains.

Attorneys attending the class will learn how to best navigate the mediation process, as mediation is a fast-growing and highly successful tool to resolve matters quickly and more cost-efficiently. Honorable John DiBlasi will be providing his unique perspective as to how to increase the chances for a successful resolution of a matter in varying areas of law, such as commercial, personal injury and other disputes.
