DiBlasi, has been invited to present a 60-minute workshop to the New York Claim (NYCA) Association entitled What We've Got Here is a Failure to Communicate! Is Mediation the Solution? The presentation, part of the NYCA 2019 Professional Development Series, will be held on Friday, March 1st at Aon, One Liberty Plaza, 32nd Floor, New York, NY. beginning at 9:30 a.m.
The decision to try or mediate a case is a pivotal moment in the life of the case. Judge DiBlasi's seminar will focus on the benefits of Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) and the fundamental concepts of achieving success through the mediation process.
