Posted on Jun 18, 2015 |Speaking Engagements
June 18, 2015,
The presentation entitled Introduction to Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) – Meet the Mediators & Arbitrators will provide attorneys with practical tips on how arbitration and mediation can efficiently bring about resolution of a disputed matter, saving time and money while avoiding the uncertainty of litigation. This is an excellent opportunity to meet some of NAM?s neutrals in the NY Metro Region, and hear firsthand how their vast experience in ADR could benefit the client in reaching a fair and impartial resolution.
I am always proud when NAM's panel members are selected to speak about the extraordinary benefits of arbitration and mediation,” said Roy Israel, President and CEO of NAM. “Our diverse panel of neutral judges have a unique perspective having handled a wide range of materials and cases in ADR as well as in private practice or on the bench. Thank you to the Brooklyn Bar Association, Alternative Dispute Resolution Committee for this invitation and recognizing the achievements of these three speakers. We look forward to future opportunities to present the latest opinions and current trends in ADR to the legal community.”
